As the Istanbul Provincial Director of National Education, almost all of the education areas on the scale of Istanbul; He worked on pre-school, primary and secondary education, vocational education, special education, special education, teacher training, education design including IT and investments, and carried out many projects. While he was the General Director of Private Education Institutions at the Ministry, he managed the above-mentioned areas throughout Turkey and at the scale of private schools, as well as the transformation of private teaching institutions. In addition to the aforementioned work, in this position he was also responsible for the area of program development. As a general manager in the private sector, he gained experience in business and budget management and integrated marketing. He also taught philosophy of education in higher education, and managed projects as a consultant to the rector. Briefly, he was involved in studies carried out in all fields of education, from pre-school education to higher education.

He conducted a lot of projects about preschool, primary and secondary education, vocational education, special education, teacher training, education involved ICT and investments. When he was General Director of Private Education Institutions at Ministry, he managed those areas at the framework of Private Schools over all Turkey. In addition to his former works, which mentioned earlier, he managed curriculum developments department also in this position. In private sector as general manager he especially experienced business and budget management and integrated marketing. In addition, he managed some projects in higher education as an rector advisor. Briefly he is related all of educational dimensions from preschool to higher education.
